Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all supported U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing and Delivery

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from when our fulfillment partner begins processing your order. This estimate includes order preparation, packaging, and shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. High order volume, weather, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will help investigate the delay with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays or prevent delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, or tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner or carrier and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
