Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active with the carrier.
Where to find your tracking number
- In your shipping confirmation email. This is sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your order leaves us.
- In your account. If you created an account at checkout, your orders and their tracking details are listed under your account.
Before your order ships
Until your order ships there won't be a tracking number yet. You'll receive one automatically as soon as it's on its way.
Tracking isn't updating
Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear, and can occasionally pause in transit. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us and we'll look into it.
